What is Digital Scrapping?

Originally, scrapbooking was done by hand using photos and decorative papers. Various embellishments such as buttons and ribbons were glued on top.

Digital scrapbooking (or digi-scrapping) is simply creating a scrapbook layout on a computer using digitally created papers and photo objects and elements.

What do I need?
A computer, printer and software.
A more thorough review of software available can be found here. Digital scrapbook kits are widely available on the internet at a very low cost if you’re looking for inspiration.

What do I do with my layouts?
You can print them on your home computer.
You can create a photo book using a professional printers
You can create a slideshow and burn it onto a disc.
You can upload them to a photo sharing website.
