This warming drink is perfect for cold winter nights and is non-alchoholic (shame!)

You will need:
4 apples
6 dates
2 bananas
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks
12 cloves
fresh ginger
1 teaspoon allspice
Peel and liquidise the apples, bananas and dates. Grind the ginger.
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Gently simmer for 20 minutes. Strain the punch and serve hot.
